The result of my ultrasound is, the anteverted uterus measures 8.19x6.05x5.85cm endometriathickness measures 0.87cm a cyst measuring1.06x0.81cm is noted in the cervix. There is asusicious bulge at the posterior body of the uterous. The overies were not seen.
Welcome to Health care magic. 1.Anteverted uterus is relation to the urinary bladder seen anteriorly bent - its one of the variation of uterus being in the pelvis - this is not a pathology. 2.Endometrial thickness 8mm can be normal in proliferative stage - not a pathology. 3.A cyst 1x.8 cm cervix - this could be nabothian cyst. its could be post infective aetiology. 4.There is a bulge posterior body of uterus - this could be some mass internally which has not well demarcated possibly. In this case suggest a followup scan after hormonal treatment. 5.Ovaries are not visualised - possible cause, age related atrophic changes, or congenitally small ovaries. Good luck.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health. Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
